Super Easy Shiso-flavored Salmon Sushi Balls

  1. Combine the vinegar, sugar, and salt and mix until dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture from Step 1 over warm rice.
  3. Mix in the julienned shiso leaf.
  4. Roll up the sushi rice from Step 2 like a ball.
  5. Slice each salmon piece into thirds, and place on top of the sushi rice balls.
  6. Divide 1 piece of cream cheese into 12 pieces, and place on top of the salmon.
  7. Top with shiso sprigs to finish.
