Microwave Meatloaf Recipe
- 1 1/2 pound grnd chuck
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. Beefy onion dry soup mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Mix thoroughly and put into microwave safe dish (9 x 9).
- Press firmly into sides of dish then make a hole in the center.
- This allows for more even cooking.
- Microwave for 20 min at 60% power.
- Pour grease off and check for doneness.
- NOTE: I put a layer of aluminum foil on top of meatloaf, but not down sides.
- Fold back to fit just on top, then put cover on dish.
- This keeps from having over done spots on edges and top.
