Sig's Dippy Tomato and Goats Cheese Spread

  1. Prepare your tomato
  2. Then add half of all the herbs, the cheeses and the tomato into a bowl and puree
  3. When it is smooth , stir in the other herbs and set aside in fridge for an hour or so if you want to use this as a sandwich spread or use straight away as a dip for vegetables, as a topping for baked potato or cauliflower and such and also use in pasta as a cheese sauce in its own right or with added prawns or baked .
  4. Use other herbs if you prefer, but I felt this combination complimented the hint of tomato and did not overpower it .

paprika, salad tomato, philladelphia, goats cheese
