Autumn Pizza with Chestnut, Walnut, and Cream Cheese Pizza

  1. Peel the chestnuts (they are easier to peel if you soak for over 5 hours), and chop into 1-1.5 cm cubes.
  2. Toss the chopped chestnuts with olive oil.
  3. Preheat the oven to 250C.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough into a 22 cm diameter circle.
  5. The thickness should be about 1 cm.
  6. Spread olive oil all over.
  7. Sprinkle the chestnuts on top.
  8. Scoop the cream cheese with a teaspoon, and drop it on with another teaspoon.
  9. Spread the walnuts.
  10. Lightly salt all over the pizza.
  11. Reduce the oven temperature to 230C, and bake it for 12 minutes.
  12. Check occasionally not to burn it.
  13. Once it is done baking, drizzle on the honey evenly and it is done!
