  1. Muddle the watermelon chunks and syrup in the bottom of a mixing glass until the fruit has turned into a juice.
  2. Then add the gin, juice, and Campari and fill the glass with 5 large cold ice cubes.
  3. Shake briefly and pour unstrained into a tall Collins glass.
  4. Garnish with the watermelon wedge.
  5. Dominant Flavors: watermelon and fragrant juniper
  6. Body: medium to light

  9. Accentuating or Contrasting Flavors: high contrast between soft watermelon and bitter Campari
