M & M Coconut Macadamia Cookies

  1. In a large bowl with electric mixer, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add egg and vanilla, blending well.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda and salt, blend well into creamed mixture.
  4. Blend in coconut and nmacadamia nuts.
  5. By hand, stir in M&M's baking bits.
  6. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, flatten slightly with back of spoon.
  7. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  8. Do not overbake.
  9. Cool 1 minute before removing to wire rack to finish cooling.
