Creamy Vegetable Chicken Soup Recipe
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1/2 bag frzn mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 med. onion, diced
- 1 lg. potato, diced
- 3 to 4 c. water
- Salt to taste
- 1-2 teaspoon black pepper
- Noodles if you like
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 stalks of celery
- Fresh mushrooms
- Cut up your chicken to square pcs.
- Put in your water.
- Add in your chicken bouillon cubes, onions and 1 1/2 celery stalks.
- Bring to a boil, add in cream of mushroom soup, your potatoes diced up, then your celery, let cook halfway then add in your frzn vegetables.
- Let cook.
- If you want noodles, then add in them in with your frzn vegetables.
- Season to your taste with your salt and pepper.
- Let cook, then eat.
- Very good soup.
