Mother's Bread Pudding Recipe
- 1 loaf day old bread
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar (or possibly sweeten to taste)
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 quart. whole lowfat milk
- 1 lg. can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. raisins (or possibly as much as desired)
- 5 apples, diced
- 1 tbsp. vanilla flavor
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- Break bread into pcs.
- Add in sugar, butter, beaten Large eggs, and lowfat milk.
- Mix together.
- Add in raisins, apples, flavor, and cinnamon; mix well.
- Bake in 9 x 12 inch baking pan for 45 min at 325 degrees.
