Grandma Nothnagels Pork Spare Ribs

  1. Mix salt, pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper and water.
  2. Pour half of the sauce mixture into a crock pot insert, sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Chop onion into quarters and place on top of sauce.
  4. Place spare ribs on top of the onions and sauce.
  5. Add remaining sauce.
  6. Cook 6-8 hours on low.
  7. Plate and top with additional sauce.
  8. Enjoy!
  9. Tip: if you like a lot of sauce (which I do), double the batch.
  10. This is also fantastic over baked or mashed potatoes!
