Hot Sausage Dip
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can green chili, diced
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- Fry sausage until well done.
- Put into crock with all other ingredients and cook on high for about 30 minutes, and then turn on low to keep warm.
- Serve with tortilla chips while hot.
