Watercress Soup

  1. Cook watercress, onion, and celery salt in a little water.
  2. Puree.
  3. Heat stock, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
  4. When hot, add watercress mixture, milk, and butter.
  5. Heat until boiling.
  6. Serve.
