Marinated Pork Tenderloin
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Country Dijon Mustard
- 4 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Orange Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 package (2 To 2 1/2 Lb. Size) Pork Tenderloins (There Should Be Two Small Tenderloins In The Package)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 11 x 17 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a food processor or blender cup, add garlic, soy sauce, mustard, honey, juice, rosemary, pepper, and olive oil.
- Pulse or blend until combined.
- Pour marinade over tenderloins.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, basting every 10 minutes to ensure a nice golden glaze.
- Transfer tenderloins to a large cutting board and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Thinly slice tenderloins and transfer to a serving dish or plates.
- Drizzle marinade from pan over sliced pork medallions and enjoy!
