Mango Chutney Marinade
- 1-1/4 qt. A.1. Gourmet Sauce, Orange Chipotle
- 2 cups mango chutney
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups canola oil
- 3/4 cup sherry vinegar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup green onions, quartered
- gingerroot, peeled, sliced
- Process all ingredients in food processor until well blended.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
