Chicken Eugene Recipe

  1. 1 (8 ounce.)
  2. lowfat sour cream 1 (4 ounce.)
  3. can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
  4. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
  5. Place ham slices in a shallow baking dish; top with chicken.
  6. Combine remaining ingredients, blending well; pour over chicken.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till done.
  8. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
