Chicken Curry

  1. Wash Chicken.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil..
  4. When it's starts to smoke.. Do fire in low flame.. Add Bay leaves.
  5. Fry for one minute.
  6. Now add chopped garlic.. Saute for one minute.. B careful it should not be burn.
  7. Add chopped onion..
  8. When it gets transparent add chopped ginger.
  9. Saute for one minute.
  10. Now add chopped tomato n salt.
  11. Cover the lid for five-minute.
  12. Tomato become soft.
  13. Now add all dry ingredients...
  14. Except garam masala.. Fry them in medium flame... For five-minute.
  15. Now add chicken pieces.. Do flame low.. Cover the lid.. Cook for 30 min.
  16. Stir occasionally.
  17. B careful it should not be burn.
  18. So u have to check in between.
  19. After 30 min Chicken half done n starts to release oil... Now add two cups of water.
  20. Do flame medium.
  21. Cook till Chicken fully done..
  22. Now check with a fork...
  23. If it easily poke the chicken...
  24. It means Chicken done...
  25. Now off the gas oven... Sprinkle garam masala n cilantro.
  26. U can enjoy with steamed rice.. Any type of bread or Indian flat bread.
