John Wayne casserole

• 2 cup bisquick (or any biscuit mix)
• 2 lb ground beef
• 1 envelope taco seasoning
• 2 cup sour cream
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 packages shredded jack cheese
• 1 green onion sliced
• 1 white onion diced
• 2 bellpeppers sliced
• 3/4 cup jalapenos
• 2 (optional) sliced (or diced) tomatoes

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. In a bowl mix sour cream, mayo, half the shredded cheese, and green onions put in fridge
3. Mix two cups of bisqiuck according to directions on box.
4. Brown ground beef and put in envelope of taco seasoning set aside
5. Sautee bell peppers and onions
6. Grease baking dish lightly and pour in the bisquick mix coating the bottom of the pan.
7. Put in oven for about 7 mins or until a little firm.
8. Take out of oven then pour the meat ontop.
9. Then the sauteed onions and peppers.
10. Take the sour cream and cheese mixture then spread on top evenly.
11. Put jalapeno slices on top.
12. Then tomatoes.
13. Then sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese on top.
14. And put into oven.
15. Bake 20-25 mins.
16. Or until golden .
