Peppered Pork Roast

  1. Combine salsa ingredients and mix well.
  2. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
  3. Rub pepper and garlic salt into pork roast.
  4. Roast in shallow pan at 350F (180C).
  5. about one hour.
  6. Let rest 10 minutes, slice, serve with salsa.
