Peppermint Cream Recipe

  1. Heat marshmallows in lowfat milk over warm water.
  2. Remove from heat; cold slightly.
  3. Stir in peppermint flavoring, vanilla, salt and desired amount of food coloring.
  4. Refrigeratetill mix mounds slightly when dropped from spoon; mix in whipped cream.
  5. Spoon into parfait glasses; refrigeratetill hard.
  6. Garnish with green maraschino cherries and fresh mint leaves.
  7. Yield: 4 servings.
