Smoothies Recipe
- 1 c. orange juice, other flavor will do
- 1/2 c. yogurt, plain or possibly vanilla
- 1 banana
- Combine ingredients in a blender.
- Blend till smooth.
- Serve.
- Be creative, change any or possibly all the ingredients for a variety of flavors.
