Brandy Alexander

• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces Cognac
• 1 ounce white creme de cacao
• 1 ounce heavy cream
• Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the Cognac, creme de cacao and cream.
3. Shake well, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
