Basic Marinade

  1. Combine ingredients in a glass or stainless steel bowl.
  2. Add meat, cover and put in refrigerator.
  3. Marinade cubed meat for 2-3 hours.
  4. Marinate large pieces of meat longer.
  5. If you plan to use the marinade after removing the meat, be sure to cook it throughly to kill harmful bacteria.
