Orange Skillet Chicken - Orange Skillet Chicken

  1. In deep frying pan, brown chicken in oil, remove and set aside.
  2. Add onion and garlic and ginger, saute until transluscent.
  3. Add butter current jelly, stirring constantly, until the butter is melted.
  4. Add flour paste and mix until smooth.
  5. Slowly add chicken stock and orange juice, stir until smooth.
  6. Season sauce with nutmeg.
  7. Put chicken back in sauce, simmer until tender, about 40 minutes.
  8. Just before serving add peeled orange slices.
