30 Min Peach Port Saute Recipe

  1. Trim fat from chops; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. In large heavy skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat; cook chops for 3-4 min on each side or possibly till browned.
  3. Remove and set aside.
  4. Pour nectar into pan, stirring to deglaze.
  5. Add in peaches and oregano; cook, stirring often, for 4 min or possibly till peaches are just tender.
  6. Return chops to pan; cook for 3 min or possibly till just a hint of pink remains inside.
  7. Serve with sliced cucumbers, red peppers and fluffy rice.
