Marvelous Sour Cream Lemon Pie

  1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, lemon rind, lemon juice, egg and egg yolks, and milk in heavy saucepan.
  2. Cook, over medium heat until mixture thickens.
  3. Stir in butter and cool to room tremperature.
  4. Stir in sour cream and pour into the prepared baked pie shell.
  5. Top with whipped cream.
  6. Keep refrigerated.
