LG SPINASH AND MUSHROOM ( EASY STIR FRY )

  1. PRESOAKED SHIITAKE MUSHROOM
  2. soak dried shiitake mushroom till till soft then squeeze dry excess water
  3. STIR FRY
  4. in pan with oil fry garlic and onion till fragrant
  5. add mushroom ,oyster sauce snd soy sauce
  6. add spinach and chinese wine and mix well off the heat
  7. serve hot
