Chocolate Flavored Tofu Mousse

  1. Drain the tofu for around 20 minutes.
  2. This is "Pecchin's" method for "Simple Drained Tofu".
  3. Mix the tofu, maple syrup, cocoa, white sesame paste and liquor together with a hand mixer (or in a food processor) until smooth.
  4. You can use either silken or firm tofu (firm tofu will give a richer flavor) but firm tofu tends to go lumpy, so blend it well.
  5. Transfer to a glass cup or container and sprinkle on your preferred toppings.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator and eat.
  7. I made the patterns in the photos with a fork....
