Chocolate Flavored Tofu Mousse
- 1/2 block Tofu
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp White sesame paste
- 1/2 tsp Rum (or other liqueur)
- 1 Almonds, walnuts, etc.
- Drain the tofu for around 20 minutes.
- This is "Pecchin's" method for "Simple Drained Tofu".
- Mix the tofu, maple syrup, cocoa, white sesame paste and liquor together with a hand mixer (or in a food processor) until smooth.
- You can use either silken or firm tofu (firm tofu will give a richer flavor) but firm tofu tends to go lumpy, so blend it well.
- Transfer to a glass cup or container and sprinkle on your preferred toppings.
- Chill in the refrigerator and eat.
