Lemon coconut flounder

  1. Preheat oven to 350a, and start the rice.
  2. Lay fillets on a baking pan, with lightly greased aluminum foil.
  3. Put oil on tops of fish, add seasonings but lemon and coconut last.
  4. Bake fish for 15-20 minutes.
  5. While it's cooling make salad.
  6. Serve and enjoy
