Alice in wonderland cupcakes
- 250 grams butter
- 2 cup sugar
- 8 eggs
- 2 cup self raising flour
- 500 grams icing sugar
- 100 grams butter
- 1 ready to roll icing
- Mix butter sugar together, add eggs and turn seived flour into mix.
- Split into 24 muffin cases.
- Bake for 15 mins on 150.
- Once cooled, mix butter and icing sugar to make buttercream add a drop of milk if needed.
- Pipe onto cakes
- Used ready rolled icing to make your decorations.
- You can do this the night before to make things easier or to save time.
