Tomato Sauce Chilled Somen Noodles
- 1 bundle Somen noodles
- 1/2 to 1 Tomato
- 5 to 0 leaves Shiso leaves
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 Mentsuyu
- Boil the somen noodles.
- Cut the tomato into cubes and julienne the shiso leaves.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
- Rinse the cooked noodles under running water, transfer to ice cold water for a while, then drain well.
- Serve them up in a dish with the noodle sauce and top with the salad.
- Done.
- If you prefer, use parboild tomatoes with their skins peeled.
