Tomato Sauce Chilled Somen Noodles

  1. Boil the somen noodles.
  2. Cut the tomato into cubes and julienne the shiso leaves.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
  4. Rinse the cooked noodles under running water, transfer to ice cold water for a while, then drain well.
  5. Serve them up in a dish with the noodle sauce and top with the salad.
  6. Done.
  7. If you prefer, use parboild tomatoes with their skins peeled.
