Steak and Cheese Quesadilla
- 1/4 lb Grilled Steak, slice thinly against the grain
- 1/4 cup Shredded cheese (any)
- 1 Flour tortilla shell
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Salsa or picante sauce
- Season and grill steak to desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let cool.
- Mix the sauce ingredients and apply to 1/2 of the tortilla shells.
- Add the steak slices and then the shredded cheese.
- Grill over medium heat until the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve.
