Serendipity
- 6 mint leaves
- 1/2 ounce Calvados
- Ice
- 1/2 ounce pear brandy
- 1 ounce apple juice
- 3 to 4 ounces chilled Champagne
- 1 thin slice of apple and 1 mint sprig
- In a rocks glass, muddle the mint leaves with the Calvados.
- Add ice, the pear brandy and the apple juice, then top with the Champagne.
- Garnish with the apple slice and mint sprig.
