Ray's' Tomato Cream Sauce With Veggie Pasta & Italian Sausages
- 1 packages spicy italian sausage
- 1 box veggie penne pasta
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup moscato wine
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp course ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 28 oz.can of petite diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 2 cup fresh spinach
- 1 tsp dried herb seasoning
- start be boiling water for pasta cook as directed.
- Drain until needed
- cook sausages as directed let rest before slicing
- in a large pot add in butter, garlic olive oil & all seasonings, cook about 3minutes.
- Add in flour stir well add in wine & cream let cook & thicken about 15-20minutes on medium heat.
- Add in spinach & basil and let wilt down.
- assemble your pasta dish as you like.
- Top with fresh parsley & grated parmesan cheese.
