Pepper and Veggie Stir Fry

  1. Heat the peanut oil and vegetable juice in a frying pan and add the tofu and garlic.
  2. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the bell peppers and green onions and cook 3 to 4 minutes longer.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients, and stir fry the mixture another 4 minutes.
