Wally's Spiced Chai Tea
- 2 gallons water
- 2 family-size tea bags
- 1 orange, quartered
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons allspice
- 2 tablespoons cloves
- 4 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 cups coffee creamer
- Brew in a 30 cup percolator or large pot.
- Combine water, tea bags, orange, lemon, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves.
- When finished brewing, add vanilla, sugar, and coffee creamer.
