Chicken breast saltimbocca

  1. Put a pinch of rosemary+salz on every chicken breasts
  2. Turn the breasts, put on every one a ham slice and a sage leave.
  3. Fix it with a toothpick
  4. Put the flour on every chicken breast
  5. Melt the butter in a pan
  6. Cook the chicken saltimbocca in the pan both sides.
  7. Add salt if needed and serve.
