Sesame Flank Steak
- 2 flank steaks
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 34 cup red wine vinegar
- 14 cup sesame oil
- 12 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 tablespoons ginger, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Make the marinade by whisking everything together in a bowl.
- Pour over flank steaks and marinate overnight.
- Heat the grill and sear the steaks on both sides.
- Continue cooking, basting as needed, about 6 minutes per side.
- Slice against the grain.
