Sesame Flank Steak

  1. Make the marinade by whisking everything together in a bowl.
  2. Pour over flank steaks and marinate overnight.
  3. Heat the grill and sear the steaks on both sides.
  4. Continue cooking, basting as needed, about 6 minutes per side.
  5. Slice against the grain.
