Healthy Vanilla French Toast
- 8 slice Whole Wheat Bread
- 3/4 cup Almond Milk (or Vanilla Almond Milk)
- 2 large Egg Whites
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)
- 1/2 Banana (optional)
- 1 Handful Raspberries (optional)
- Beat eggs, milk, salt, and vanilla until well blended
- In skillet, add butter
- When butter is melted add sliced bread pieces dipped in egg mix into the skillet
- Once crispy, add bananas, raspberries and maple syrup as you like!
- Mmm enjoy!
