Mini Croque Monsieur
- 1 baguette (350 g), cut into 32 slices
- 8 slices deli Black Forest ham (138 g), cut into quarters
- 1 pkg. (300 g) Cracker Barrel Shredded Swiss Au Gratin Cheese
- Position one oven rack 3 inches from heat; place second rack in middle oven position.
- Heat broiler.
- Place bread slices in single layer on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; broil on top rack 4 to 5 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Remove from broiler; turn.
- Top with ham and cheese.
- Broil on middle rack 2 to 3 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
