Beef Kabob Marinade Recipe
- 1/2 env. dry onion soup mix
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. vinegar or possibly red wine
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 pound beef sirloin or possibly chuck (cut in 1" cubes)
- In saucepan combine all ingredients except beef.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 20 min.
- Cold.
- Add in meat; toss to coat.
- Chill overnight, drain, reserving marinade.
- B-B-Q on shish ka bob sticks.
- Add in fruits (pineapple is good) or possibly veggies of your choice.
- Time to eat.
- Mmmmmm!
