Chicken Squash and cornbread dressing
- 5 cup cornbread crumbled
- 1 large yellow squash sliced
- 1 sweet yellow onion chopped
- 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 2 eggs
- 1 32 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
- 2 tbsp of poultry seasoning
- Cook onions and squash until tender.
- Remove from heat drain and let cool.
- Cut up chicken into small pieces and bring to a boil.
- Once done remove from liquid and let cool.
- Once cool enough to handle shred the chicken.
- Once chicken and squash are cool enough to handle you will mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into a large baking dish cover with aluminum foil and cook on 350F for 45 minutes
