Glazed Pudding Bundt Cake Recipe
- 3 c. biscuit mix
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 sm. pkg. instant pudding, any flavor
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour 12 c. bundt pan.
- Beat all ingredients in large bowl at low speed, scraping the bowl for 30 seconds.
- Beat medium speed 4 min.
- Pour into pan; bake till toothpick comes clean.
- Cold.
- Spread with glaze.
- Sprinkle with minced nuts.
- Glaze: Beat 1 c. powdered sugar and 1 to 2 Tbsp.
- lowfat milk till smooth and desired consistency.
