Mocha Pecan Butoons

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Melt chocolate over hot water.
  3. Remove from water and cool approximately 5 minute.
  4. Beat the eggs till thick.
  5. Beat in the sugar gradually till very thick.
  6. Combine flour, baking powder, Nescafe, and salt and stir into egg and sugar mixture.
  7. Add the cooled chocolate and mix well.
  8. Drop by half teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
  9. Place 1 pecan half in center of each cookie and bake at 375F for 6 to 8 minutes.
