Buckeye Bars

  1. Line 8-inch square pan with foil., with ends extending over sides.
  2. Beat butter and peanut butter with mixer until well blended.
  3. Add wafer crumbs; mix well.
  4. Gradually beat in sugar; press onto bottom of pan.
  5. Microwave COOL WHIP and chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
  6. ; stir.
  7. Microwave 15 to 30 sec.
  8. or until chocolate is melted when stirred.
  9. Pour over peanut butter layer; spread to cover dessert.
  10. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  11. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting to serve.
