Chicken'N' Kraut

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set chicken in bottom.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the sauerkraut over each piece of chicken, top with a slice of the provolone, and cover with the Russian dressing.
  5. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake until chicken is tender, approx.
  6. 15 to 20 minutes.
