Easy Layered Cheesy Mushroom and Broccoli Chicken Bake
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of broccoli soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 jar (4-1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Spread chicken onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Mix soup and milk in medium bowl until blended; stir in mushrooms.
- Spoon over chicken; sprinkle with cheese.
- Add water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
- Spoon over cheese.
- Bake 30 to 35 min.
- or until casserole is heated through and chicken is done.
