Apple Cinnamon Glazed Shrimp Satay Recipe

  1. To prepare the glaze, place apple pie filling in a food processor or possibly blender and puree till smooth.
  2. Add in oil, Tabasco brand Habanero Pepper Sauce, salt and pepper.
  3. Place 5 shrimp per skewer and brush with 1 c. of the glaze.
  4. Allow to marinate for 20 min.
  5. Grill shrimp skewers over high heat for 2 min per side.
  6. Remove from heat and brush with the remaining glaze.
  7. This recipe yields 8 servings.
