Buffet Pork Tenderloin Recipe

  1. Place tenderloin in a zippy bag.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in blender.
  3. Pour over the meat and seal bag.
  4. Marinate in fridge for 4 to 5 hrs.
  5. After marination is done, preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  6. Remove the meat and marinade and bake for 35-45 mins.
  7. Make sure the meat on the inside reaches 155 degrees.
  8. Serve w/ rolls.
  9. Yields 8 -10 servings.
