Buffet Pork Tenderloin Recipe
- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 tsp grnd ginger
- 2 tsp dry mustard (Colman's Mustard is the best!)
- 2 tsp lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- Place tenderloin in a zippy bag.
- Combine remaining ingredients in blender.
- Pour over the meat and seal bag.
- Marinate in fridge for 4 to 5 hrs.
- After marination is done, preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Remove the meat and marinade and bake for 35-45 mins.
- Make sure the meat on the inside reaches 155 degrees.
- Serve w/ rolls.
- Yields 8 -10 servings.
