Chocolate Chia Pudding
- 1 can (13 1/2 Oz. Size) Coconut Milk, Blended
- 1- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cups Chia Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
- 18 teaspoons Vanilla Stevia
- 18 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
- Note this requires overnight refrigeration, so plan ahead.
- Combine blended coconut milk, water and chia seeds in a 1-quart mason jar, put the lid on and shake well.
- Add cacao powder, stevia and salt, put the lid on and shake well.
- Refrigerate overnight to let chia seeds soften and absorb liquid.
- Serve.
