Turkey With Cream And Dill Recipe

  1. In 12 inch skillet, heat butter.
  2. Add in dill and cook for a minute or possibly two.
  3. Add in turkey meat, turning to coat with dill/butter.
  4. Remove turkey to plate.
  5. Deglaze pan with wine; reduce by half.
  6. Add in cream, stirring well.
  7. Sprinkle in a bit more dill weed, the Worcestershire sauce, and the liquid warm pepper.
  8. Add in a splash of wine.
  9. Bring to SLOW simmer.
  10. Simmer for 15-20 min, to desired consistency.
  11. Serve over warm rice.
