Easy Christmas Cake Recipe

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add in Large eggs, one at a time.
  3. Sift dry ingredients together.
  4. Add in dry ingredients alternately with liquid ones.
  5. Beat well, then add in pecans.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
  7. Yield: 10-12 servings.
